Aubameyang has established himself as one of the most deadly attackers in the Premier League since his £56million switch from Borussia Dortmund back in 2018 and the 30-year-old took over Arsenal’s captaincy in November after Granit Xhaka was stripped of the armband. But Aubameyang’s contract expires in 2021 and the Gabon international has been heavily linked with a move away from north London, with Real Madrid, Barcelona and Manchester United all monitoring the situation.AdvertisementAdvertisementThe Gunners are now weighing up whether to cash in on their star player in the summer or risk losing him for free in 12 months’ time.
