Salcano MTB Cup and Škoda XC League on Sunday

first_imgThis Sunday, Sarajevo will host the second international Salcano MTB Cup race organized by the Club of Mountain Biking “Puls” and the Centar Municipality, which will be held in the Betanija Park across the stadium Asim Ferhatović Hase. The race is on the world calendar of the cycling federation UCI and is scored for the C2 category. In addition to the UCI race, the Škoda XC League will also be held, which scores for the Premier League of BiH.“After last year’s UCI C3 race, we obtained permission of the world cycling federation to organize the C2 race this year. Preparations for the organization are going very well and we expect to watch high-quality biking contest on Sunday. First categories will start at 11 am, while elite categories will perform at 1:30 pm. The race is also open for recreationists who can perform in the hobby category and thus win some prizes.
